A local Lahore court has indicted famous YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, and his wife Aroob Jatoi in the gambling app case, which involves allegations of promoting illegal online betting platforms.
During the hearing, Ducky Bhai, Aroob Jatoi, and other co-accused appeared before the court and pleaded not guilty in the Aroob Jatoi case, rejecting all allegations leveled against them by the authorities.
The judicial magistrate reviewed the prosecution’s arguments and available record before ordering that the Ducky Bhai gambling app case be sent to regular trial. The court also directed the prosecution to present its witnesses in the next hearing.
According to the FIA, the Aroob Jatoi and Ducky Bhai gambling app case is linked to the promotion of illegal gambling websites and mobile applications on social media, which is considered a violation of Pakistani law.
