The CSS exam is considered one of the most prestigious and competitive exams in Pakistan. It serves as a gateway for recruitment into various public service groups such as the Administrative Service, Police Service, Foreign Service, Customs, Inland Revenue services and others.
The candidates who passed the written exams will now move on to the next phase, which includes psychological assessments, interviews, and other evaluations. The list of successful candidates has been published on the FPSC website.
Experts say the low pass rate reflects the exam’s high standards and underscores the need for more rigorous preparation by candidates. CSS results consistently draw attention from youth, academic circles, and government institutions alike.
