Bahraini intelligence authorities have arrested an Indian national accused of spying for Israel’s Mossad, according to official sources. The suspect, identified as Nitin Mohan, is a telecommunications engineer allegedly involved in transmitting sensitive geospatial data, photographs, and videos of strategic locations to the Israeli intelligence agency.
The Bahrain Ministry of Interior confirmed the arrest but stated that further technical and investigative details remain confidential while the inquiry continues.
Allegations of Sensitive Data Sharing
According to preliminary reports, the accused allegedly shared highly sensitive geographic information, surveillance images, and reconnaissance videos of important locations within Bahrain. Authorities believe the transmitted data may have included strategic and operationally significant sites.
